1. JAMAICAN CULTURAL CONNECTION RADIO SHOW
– Debuted Sat. 5/14
(Special Advertising rates are $50 for 4 weeks (.30 sec slot) for Jamaican owned businesses
$40 for a 5 min. scheduled guest appearance to Jamaican owned businesses
$150 for show sponsorship for 4 weeks
2. ‘TEA TIME TOGETHER’ EVENT
– Was held at The Gallery At Interlachen on Sat. May 7th from 4:00pm – 7:00pm
3. JAMAICAN BUSINESS SHOWCASE DAY
– Was held at Taste of Jamaica Restaurant on Mon. May 16th from 11:00am – 8:00pm
Cost: $25 per table
4. SCHOOL SUPPLY / EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS DRIVE
– Collected and to be delivered to Evie Larmond and the READ INITIATIVE PROJECT of which she is the Coordinator
5. ‘GOSPEL GALORE’ CONCERT
– A Christmas Fundraising event scheduled for Dec. 18, 2011 at the Hampton Inn in Altamonte Springs
6. ‘TREATS & TREASURES GARAGE SALE’
– Being held on Sat. June 11 at New Covenant Church in Winter Springs
7. ‘GOLF GALORE FUNDRAISER TOURNAMENT’
– Being held at Metro West Golf Club on Sat. July 16th
8. ‘WALK LIKE CRAZY’ EVENT
– Fundraising Walk-A-Thon (I’ll have to get in shape…whew!)
