POT-LUCK DINNER to meet new Caribbean friends in Shanghai and to reacquaint ourselves with our old CAC members and friends – A gathering with good Caribbean food, good fun and good friends, good music. Please let us know what FOOD or DRINK you can contribute to make this evening an enjoyable event for all. Venue: Apartment in XuJia Hui

EXPO VISIT with 30 children from the Chang Lin Migrant School
CAC will sponsor 30 children and 2 Teachers for a “FUN DAY AT WORLD EXPO”.
VOLUNTEERS needed to supervise the children

GIVING TREE STAPLING PARTY
CAC sponsored 50 bags last year and this year will sponsor a total of 75 bags. Volunteers are needed (3 different shifts 9-12am, 1-4pm, 4:30-7:00pm) to help staple and prepare the Giving Tree Bags for the donors. Please sign up and help out. venue: Company office in Jin Qiao, Pudong
NOVEMBER
1. Saturday, November 6th – 10 a.m. – 6p.m.
DAY OF FUN – A gathering of all CAC members and friends to enjoy a day of sports, fun , BBQ Food and leisure. –( learn and play Tennis, squash, enjoy Jacuzzi, swim in a pool, etc. ) Venue: Complex in Shanghai
2. Monday November 1st to Saturday November 20 – 3 weeks to fill your bag
GIVING TREE – We are asking each of our CAC members and friends to volunteer to FILL A GIVING TREE BAG(S) (bag value 200 RMB each and you will be shopping for new clothes, shoes, toys or school supplies for needy kids in Shanghai.
DECEMBER
1. Saturday, December 11th 7 p.m. – midnight
CAC CHRISTMAS PARTY – A promised evening of good Caribbean food, drinks, fun, laughter, music and dancing. Raffle tickets will be on sale with 100% of the proceeds going towards the various charities that the CAC supports. Venue: Hotel in Shanghai
