Basil Dawkins is Jamaica’ leading playwright and his latest play ” Uptown Bangarang” won the ‘Actor Boy’ award from the International Theatre Institute ( ITI ) for Best Comedy for 2006 and Best Supporting Actor. With a talented and energetic cast of young actors and most of the dialogue in standard English, this is a play everyone can enjoy and you will be proud to invite your non Jamaican friends to.
