The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism is requesting proposals for a study to gather information on the feasibility of developing, and constructing, a water/adventure park on the island of St. Croix.
The feasibility study should recommend a location of the adventure park which will not only be economically viable, but also sensitive to the environmental and community needs of its proposed environs.
The venture should be a private/public partnership and the feasibility study should include ancillary attractions in the water/adventure park as well as potential economic benefits for the surrounding area.
The Department of Property and Procurement will accept bids until the closing date of Friday, March 1 at 4 p.m Atlantic Standard Time.
