The “Vision 2030 Jamaica” document is now online. The group that put it together did a good job.  As I read through the document it could help being skeptically. As many of the past Jamaica “vision” reports there are some great ideas on moving Jamaica forward outline in the document.  Here is where my skepticism comes in. Like many previous reports and studies the ideas will never be implemented.  We have great ideas but no implementers.
