VMBS, a household name in mortgages in Jamaica, the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. continues to be a proud sponsor of Team Jamaica Bickle, who for the past 12 years has insured that Caribbean athletes are provided with the necessary food, shelter, security, transportation and amenities to maximize their athletic performance and safety during the Penn Relays competition.

Penn Relays in Philadelphia is the biggest track & field competition for Caribbean high school athletes, and the most anticipated track and field event for amateur athletes in U.S. Annually, the event attracts over 300 Jamaican and Caribbean high school competitors. In addition, Penn Relays is one of the largest attractions for Caribbean sporting fans, attracting tens of thousands of Jamaican and Caribbean patrons from as far away as Boston and Florida to U Penn’s Franklin Field. The annual affair is often dubbed ‘Jamaica vs the World,’ as Jamaican runners often stand out for their record-setting performances.
