TIME Magazine will be announcing it’s Person Of The Year for 2009 on the NBC today show this Wednesday, December 16th, 2009.  Jamaica’s very own Triple Olympic Champion Usain “Lighting” Bolt is one of  the 7 finalists. The Today show would love to hear who you think should be the TIME’s 2009 Person of the Year.
