On February 9th the dancehall legend Sanchez is back with his new album Now And Forever. His gift for crooning romantic lyrics over hard edged dancehall riddims has earned him numerous hits throughout the past two decades and legions of fans. The veteran recording artist and consummate performer, Sanchez makes his return to the scene with this new 15 track studio album produced by Donovan Germain of Penthouse Recordings. To launch the album he will be performing in the UK February 12th to the 14th. The first single ‘Longing To Come Home’ (on the Protect & Serve riddim) is currently climbing the US World & Reggae charts. Available for phone interviews.

This deluxe 2 CD collection will be in stores February 16; it presents 48 Byron Lee favorites chronicling his history in Jamaican music. The package features re-mastered audio, annotated track listings, extensive liner notes & deluxe packaging.

February 16th presents the emergence of Dancehall music with Henry ‘Junjo’ Lawes Volcano Eruption. The Volcano label represents a crossroads of roots reggae and contemporary dancehall. From 1980 to 1985, Volcano dominated the sound of reggae and solidified the genre’s global appeal. This is the ultimate tribute to the man behind Volcano; covering the key artists, big hits and rarities that created the legend. On February 16th Alborosie’s new album Escape From Babylon To the Kingdom Of Zion will hit stores. Reigning from Sicily, Italy the singer Alberto D’Ascola a.k. a. Alborosie has been making waves on the reggae scene since his 2007 hit ‘Kingston Town’. His vocal style blends classic and contemporary influences to form a unique and credible sound. His respect for reggae’s heritage is apparent from first listen. The artist recently re-located to Kingston, JA where he recorded and produced the bulk of this specially packaged album. Combining tracks from his previous two albums with 5 newly recorded songs, this album serves as an introduction and presents his biggest hits to date. The new single is Steppin’ Out featuring David Hinds of the famed reggae band Steel Pulse. In support of his new album, Alborosie will tour the West Coast in February and the UK in March.
