VP Records, founded in 1979 in Kingston Jamaica has been credited with the success of several of Jamaica’s top Reggae and Dancehall acts.

TARRUS RILEY

Tarrus Riley continues to make waves internationally with two of his hits; She’s Royal and Lion Paw consolidating his positions as an international reggae star.
She’s Royal still maintains a presence on the international scene tearing up the local charts, Tarrus Riley has the number 3 spot on the BBC 1 Xtra charts while his Pull it up selector collaboration with Jimmy Riley maintains its number 2 position.

On the local scene Tarrus still hold the position as one of the most popular reggae artiste. His new track Lion paw is moving up the Richie B reggae chart and is now at number 14.

Duanne Stephenson
Duanne Stephenson is a regular staple on the local reggae scene and recently did a critically acclaimed performance at air Jamaican Jazz & Blues Festival. Internationally, Stephenson’s video for his hit Fairy Tale continues to do well in the US, maintaining a presence on Roots Stations in the New York Tri-State area and is currently number 7 on the CBTV1 to ten countdown.
Etana
Etana has been receiving a good response from both local and international media. She has been receiving good rotation in Europe maintaining a presence on: Channel U, Ben TV and Mus Flash TV with her song Wrong Address.
On the local scene Etana has also been a staple on the local media scene with interviews and features in both major news papers and appearances on Today on Hot 102 FM, ER and other top shows. Etana has been busy promoting her yet to be released debut album Etana – The Strong One.
