Description: To solicit, sell, service and be responsible for all industrial water treatment sales, including swimming pool accounts, Industrial Water Treatment (IWT), Pre-Treatment and Waste Water Treatment assigned to you or other members of the Sale force or in the Export Division; To sell, service, maintain and grow business in existing key accounts assigned; To prospect, gain, maintain and increase sales in targeted new accounts, directly and through the other Food, I&L and Export sales persons; Monitor, train, assist and conduct water treatment training with all (I&L, Food and Export) sales persons to ensure that water treatment customers receive optimum service and that implemented programs achieve desired results; Work closely with the I&L Division Manager, the Sales Coordinators and the Technical Services; Manager to ensure adequate technical assistance to water treatment customers and the effective functioning and maintenance of water treatment product dispensers in the field; Constantly plan and focus on sales growth program to ensure that there is always a list of prospects to pursue for increased sales volume; To liaise with Equipment and Service Suppliers to keep our offerings and technology current; To forecast chemical and equipment sales in the Division and monitor performance and make all efforts to achieve targets.
