I love love awards season as the fashion and styling is incredible. You can walk away with some great great ideas. There were indeed some wedding worthy dresses at the Oscar’s this year.

Lupita Nyong’o wore an ice blue Grecian gown from Prada. She said it reminded her of her Nairobi home. Love this for the bride that dare’s. Can you imagine this in white on a beach for your wedding in Jamaica?

I thinks this would make a great bridesmaid dress for anyones wedding. Red is definitely Jennifer Lawrence’s color. Though she stumbled yet again as she arrived (it has become her awards-show signature), her red Dior may well be her red-carpet best.

Amy Adams turned up in a tuxedo-inspired Gucci Couture dress in sapphire blue. For me this dress could go either way. It could be for the bride or bridesmaid.

Looking for a black wedding dress?  Then this is it.Charlize Theron’s black Dior had a bodice that seemed to defy gravity but was held up by transparent straps.

Can you imagine this dress in ivory or black. Another dress that would make a perfect wedding dress. Idina Menzel wears a hunter green Vera Wang gown with a diamond statement necklace.
