Whirlwind First Week For Singer Bonnie Casey In Jamaica

Toronto reggae soul princess Bonnie Casey completed a whirlwind first week in Jamaica, as she prepares for her upcoming tour of Australia, Mexico and the USA. The sexy Canadian beauty is currently in studio with Dean Fraser and Grammy winning producers Sly & Robbie laying tracks for her forth coming debut album.

“At least one new single will be out in the market within a month” says her manager Copeland Forbes.

Last Sunday, Bonnie was a special guest of Kingsley Cooper, CEO of Pulse during the final selection of the top models who will strut the runway at the upcoming Caribbean Fashion week celebrations in Kingston. She also met with Luciano, Sizzla, Rory (Stone Love), Richie Stephens, Rohan Marley, Jr ‘One Blood’ Reid and vibed with Mikey Bennett, who produced and wrote quite a few tracks for Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs and Shabba Ranks. She and her manager are schedule to meet with Beres Hammond, at his Harmony House Studio to discuss working with the lover’s rock legend.

In between meeting with the stars, Bonnie has been doing the media rounds, conducting interviews with Anthony Miller (Entertainment Report), Big A (Irie FM) and Ken Williams (HOT 102FM). She also met with a reporter for a feature story to be published in one of the daily newspapers and still honored her schedule phone interviews with the USA, Canadian and Australian media to talk about her upcoming tour with Luciano, Toots & the Maytals and Warrior King.

This weekend she will be a special guest at the “Reggae in The Valley” concert at the Appleton Sports Complex in St Elizabeth which features Coco T,Tony Rebel, Luciano, Junior Reid, Tarrus Riley, Sizzla, Capleton, Queen Ifrica, Maka Diamond, Fanton Mojah, Gyptian, I-Octane and Richie Stephens.
