The Management Institute for National Development (MIND) presents its 18th Annual Public Lecture 2011, theme Transforming the Quality of Leadership in the Jamaican Public Service – Can We Cross It?, to be delivered by Mrs. Patricia Sinclair-McCalla, Chief Executive Officer, Public Sector Transformation Unit, Thursday, November 17, 2011, at the MIND, Kingston Campus, 235A Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, at  6:00 PM – 7:30 PM.

The MIND Annual Public Lecture, serves as a vehicle to stimulate public awareness on issues of national, regional and global importance and to provide a forum of exchange of information that result in improved quality of thought and response.
